Job position description
Candidates for the Software Developer position participate in developing software solutions for well known and reputable global companies. InterWorks Software Developers utilize a wide spectrum of technologies and work in a dynamic environment, guided by experts with extensive experience. The successful Software Developers in InterWorks will predominantly come from the IT and Engineering Higher Education Institutions and will be committed to providing best quality resolutions of software problems that require high technical expertise. They will be members of medium and large-scale project teams. The projects they will be involved with are mostly for EU and USA markets and cover the specific segment of integration (EAI, SOA), WEB applications and CM systems, based on the latest IT technologies.
Qualifications for an ideal candidate
- Knowledge of programming principles
- Knowledge of programming languages and platforms (Java, .NET, PHP)
- Knowledge of OOP principles
- Knowledge of XML and markup languages
- Knowledge of RDBMS
- Working experience with SW development platforms is preferable.
Core Activities
- To configure the software development and/or testing environment
- If necessary, to design the software unit that should be developed
- To develop (implement) solutions according to the project’s design and architecture
- To perform testing of the implemented solutions
- To report to senior management and project leaders about the status of assigned tasks
- If necessary, to communicate with the client
- To follow the established software development product standards and methodologies at InterWorks
